Honey Mae Garo

Welcome to my portfolio! My name is Honey Mae Garo, and I'm a passionate Graphic Designer with a strong interest in creating engaging digital experiences that combine both creativity and functionality. I enjoy designing work that is not only visually appealing but also meaningful and effective for the audience. With experience in design, I strive to bridge the gap between aesthetics and usability while continuing to grow my skills in the creative field.

I was born and raised on O'ahu, Hawai'i, originally growing up in Kahuku before moving to Wahiawa in 2016. I graduated from Leilehua High School in 2024 and am currently a second-year college student at University of Hawai'i at West O'ahu majoring in Creative Media with a concentration in Design and Media.

At 19 years old, I already have around 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Design and have worked on both digital and physical design projects. I especially enjoy creating branding, layouts, and visually engaging content, and I also have experience designing physical products such as stickers, apparel, and merchandise. In the future, I hope to build a successful career as a Graphic Designer while also growing my own small business focused on selling creative products and designs.
